Exhibit Opening - Special Collections as Learning Lab

The opening reception of the Special Collections as Learning Lab exhibit was held April 5, 2012, from 4:00-5:30 p.m. in the Special Collections Library, Margaret I. King Building.  There were light refreshments.

The Special Collections as Learning Lab is an exhibit of the Special Collections projects completed by graduate students Sara Wood, Ida Sell, Eli Riveire, Mark Wetherington, Desiree' Perry, Sheli Saltsman, and Laura Hess. The display and opening reception were coordinated by Librarian Katie Henningsen, and in her own words, “We had a great turnout from all over campus and I overheard some really nice comments about the student's exhibit cases.  I am really proud of the exhibit that our students produced.”

Come to the Great Hall in the Margaret I. King Building to see the Special Collections as Learning Lab exhibit from April 5-May 30, 2012.
